Order → payment → automatic dispatch through the Fragment smart contract on the TON network → Stars are credited to the recipient's Telegram account through the official Telegram API. Average time — 3 seconds from payment confirmation to the in-Telegram notification. The order page shows live status for every step in real time.
10 minutes from creation. If more time has passed, just create a new one — the price will be the same. Paid an expired order and the Stars didn't arrive? Write to @helIo_stars, this is a rare case and we resolve it individually — almost always we can either deliver or refund.
Not a problem. Send @helIo_stars the transaction link (you can copy it straight from your TON wallet) and the @username the order was created for. We'll match the payment by amount and time and complete the order manually. Usually resolved within 1–3 minutes of writing.
Around 10 minutes after the referred order is completed. Payouts go to the TON wallet you set in the @oreo_tgbot bot. Each payout triggers a bot notification with a TONviewer transaction link. No minimum threshold — your money from the very first Star.
Premium is a Telegram subscription with extended features: 4 GB file uploads, voice-to-text, unlimited folders, emoji statuses, exclusive stickers and more. Stars is the in-Telegram currency for paying bots, channels, reactions and gifts. Premium is sold for 3/6/12 months and activates on any @username — including your own.
Yes. The OREO.TG API lets you send Stars and Premium automatically by @username right after a customer pays on your side. Designed for marketplaces, bots and subscription services. Setup takes an evening following the docs; large volumes get custom terms. Full details on /developers.
Yes. We store only what's needed to fulfill an order: Telegram username, amount and payment status. We never request your Telegram password, login code or wallet seed phrase — none of that is needed to buy Stars. Full details in our Privacy policy.
